It all started with a humble food truck, serving freshly fried spring rolls. Back in 1986, while our parents were known for their crispy rolls, our father set out to create the perfect sauce to go with them.
Not just any condiment, but something that could truly elevate that signature crunch. What he created wasn’t just a sauce.
It was something our family loved, something we proudly served, and something customers kept coming back for, again and again. So we kept making it.
